Terms of Use
These Terms of Use (“Terms”) are an agreement between you and Alex Polo, the developer of Quick2Game (“we”, “us”, or “our”). They govern your use of the Quick2Game mobile application and this website (together, the “Service”). Please read them carefully.
By downloading, installing, or using Quick2Game, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age of digital consent in your country, if higher) to use Quick2Game. If you are under 18, or under the age of majority where you live, you may use the Service only with the permission of a parent or legal guardian who agrees to these Terms.
2. Your account
- You can create an account with an email address and password, or by signing in with Google.
- You must provide accurate information and keep your login details secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account.
- Tell us right away at the contact address below if you suspect unauthorized use of your account.
- One account per person. Do not share, sell, or transfer your account.
- Your nickname must not impersonate anyone or break the Community rules.
- You may delete your account at any time in the app (Profile › Delete Account) or as described in our Privacy Policy.
3. The Service
Quick2Game is a word game in which players pick letter tiles and arrange them to complete a word grid. The Service includes single-player games against a computer opponent, real-time multiplayer game rooms for up to four players, friends, chat, notifications, missions, levels, and awards.
The Service is free to download and play, and it is supported by advertising. We may add, change, or remove features at any time. An internet connection is required, and you are responsible for any data charges from your mobile carrier.
4. License to use the app
Subject to these Terms, we grant you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download and use Quick2Game on Android devices you own or control, for your personal, non-commercial entertainment. You may not:
- copy, modify, distribute, sell, or rent the app or any part of it;
- reverse engineer, decompile, or try to extract the source code, except where the law expressly permits it;
- remove or alter any copyright, trademark, or other notices.
5. Community rules
Quick2Game should be fun and safe for everyone. When using the Service, including nicknames, chat, and friend requests, you must not post, send, or do anything that is:
- Harassing or abusive: bullying, threats, intimidation, stalking, or encouraging self-harm;
- Hateful: content that attacks or demeans people based on race, ethnicity, religion, disability, sex, gender identity, sexual orientation, age, nationality, or any other protected characteristic;
- Sexual or violent: sexually explicit material, any content that sexualizes minors, or graphic violence;
- Illegal or dangerous: promoting illegal activity, drugs, weapons, or terrorism;
- Deceptive: impersonating others, phishing, scams, spam, or unsolicited advertising;
- A privacy violation: sharing another person’s personal information without their consent;
- An infringement: violating someone else’s intellectual property or other rights.
You also agree not to:
- cheat, exploit bugs, or use bots, scripts, or other automated tools or modified clients;
- deliberately lose games, collude, or manipulate statistics, levels, or rankings;
- interfere with, overload, or disrupt the Service or its servers, or try to access accounts or data that are not yours;
- use the Service for any illegal purpose or in breach of these Terms.
6. Your content
You keep ownership of the content you create, such as your nickname and chat messages (“User Content”), and you are solely responsible for it. To operate the Service, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to store, display, and transmit your User Content to the players you interact with. This license ends when your User Content is deleted, except where other players already received it or where we must keep it by law.
We do not pre-screen User Content, but we may review, remove, or restrict any content that we believe breaks these Terms or the law.
7. Reporting abuse
If another player breaks these rules, you can remove them from your friends list and stop responding to their messages. To report a player or content, email alexpolo01@gmail.com with the player’s nickname, a description of what happened, and screenshots if possible. We review reports promptly and may remove content, issue warnings, or suspend or ban accounts. We have zero tolerance for child sexual abuse material and will report it to the appropriate authorities.
8. Progress & virtual items
Levels, experience, scores, missions, awards, and other in-game progress have no monetary value. They cannot be sold, traded, or exchanged for money, and they are not your property. We may reset, adjust, or remove them, for example to fix errors or address cheating.
9. Advertising & third parties
The Service shows ads provided by Google AdMob and relies on third-party services such as Google Firebase, Google Sign-In, and a public dictionary service. Your use of these services may also be subject to their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for third-party ads, websites, products, or services. Any dealings you have with advertisers are between you and them.
10. Intellectual property
Quick2Game, including its name, logo, design, artwork, music, software, and other content (excluding User Content and third-party materials), is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. These Terms do not give you any right to use our name, logo, or trademarks. Open-source components are licensed under their own terms, which you can view in the app under About › Open Source Licenses.
11. Suspension & termination
You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access, with or without notice, if you break these Terms, if your conduct could harm other players or the Service, or if required by law. We may also discontinue the Service entirely. Sections that by their nature should survive termination, including Sections 6, 8, and 10–17, will survive.
12. Disclaimers
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE”, WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure, that game data will never be lost, or that word validation will always be accurate. We are not responsible for the conduct of other players.
13. Limitation of liability
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY LOSS OF DATA, PROGRESS, PROFITS, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATED TO THE SERVICE WILL NOT EXCEED USD $50. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so some of the above may not apply to you. Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you have under mandatory consumer protection laws.
14. Indemnity
To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, losses, and expenses, including reasonable legal fees, arising from your User Content, your misuse of the Service, or your violation of these Terms or the rights of others.
15. Google Play
If you downloaded Quick2Game from Google Play, you also agree to the Google Play Terms of Service. These Terms are between you and us only, not Google. Google is not responsible for the app or its content, and has no obligation to provide maintenance or support for it.
16. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated version on this page and change the effective date. If the changes are significant, we will take reasonable steps to let you know, for example through a notice in the app. If you keep using the Service after the changes take effect, you accept the updated Terms. If you do not agree, stop using the Service and delete your account.
17. General
If any part of these Terms is found unenforceable, the rest remains in effect. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of it. You may not transfer your rights under these Terms. We may transfer ours, for example if the Service is sold. These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, are the entire agreement between you and us about the Service.
